Your TAPIN profile can bring together your name, job title, company, portrait, logo, phone numbers, email addresses, WhatsApp contacts and social links. You can also add a featured website or portfolio link and your business location.
Can I share my digital card without carrying the physical card?
Yes. Send your profile link through WhatsApp, email or a social message, or show its QR code for someone to scan. These options open the same digital profile as your physical NFC card.
Does my NFC card need charging?
No. The NFC chip in the card is powered by the nearby phone when it is read, so the physical card does not need a battery or charging. The phone needs to support NFC, and an internet connection is needed to open the profile.
Where should I tap the card on a phone?
The NFC reading position depends on the phone model. Try holding the card near the upper back of an iPhone or around the back of an NFC-enabled Android phone, and keep it still briefly. Check the phone’s NFC settings if it does not respond, or use the QR code instead.
Can my team use the same branding with different contact details?

What happens when someone chooses Save contact?
TAPIN provides a downloadable vCard containing your contact information. The recipient’s phone may ask them to confirm importing or saving it. They can also use the call, email, WhatsApp and other links directly from your profile.
What is an NFC business card?
An NFC business card contains a small contactless chip that opens your digital profile on a compatible smartphone. With TAPIN, that profile brings together your contact details, company information, social links and the work you want to share.
Do people need an app to use TAPIN?
No. Your digital business card opens in the recipient’s web browser. They can view your profile and choose Save contact without installing a TAPIN app.
Does it work with iPhone and Android?
TAPIN works with compatible NFC-enabled iPhones and Android phones. NFC availability and the tapping position vary by device; some Android phones need NFC switched on. A QR code or shared profile link provides another way to open the same card.
Does the digital profile need an internet connection?
Yes. The NFC chip shares a link without a battery, but the recipient needs an internet connection to load the online profile. Once they save your contact, the saved contact details remain on their phone.
Can I change my details without buying a new card?
Yes. Your physical card points to your digital profile. Updating the profile’s phone numbers, email, company information or links keeps that same card useful. Contact details already saved on someone else’s phone do not update automatically.
Can my card include my logo, WhatsApp and business location?
