Terms of Service

By accessing or using the Asterixify platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organisation to these terms.

Asterixify provides an event management platform including event registration, attendee check-in, badge printing, analytics, and related services. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service at any time with reasonable notice.

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised access to your account.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must not share your account with others or allow multiple users to access it simultaneously.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Collect personal data without proper consent from attendees.
• Send unsolicited communications to attendees beyond the scope of the event they registered for.
• Engage in any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful activities.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the platform or other users' data.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. As an event organiser, you are responsible for ensuring you have lawful grounds to collect and process attendee personal data.

The Asterixify brand, platform, and all related content are owned by Asterixify and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use our branding without prior written permission.

You retain ownership of all data and content you upload to the platform. By uploading content, you grant us a limited licence to host and display it as necessary to provide the Service.

Paid features are subject to the pricing agreed at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable advance notice. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Asterixify shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases and we may delete your data after a reasonable retention period.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Accra, Ghana.
