Church event check-in in Ghana: how it works on the day
Registration before the programme
Members register online from a link you share on WhatsApp, the church website or social media. Each person receives a confirmation by SMS and email with a personal QR code. You decide what the form asks: branch or assembly, ministry group, ticket or package type, and any questions your team needs for planning.
Paid camps and conventions can sell tickets with Mobile Money and card payments through the same registration. Men Makers Camp 2026 at Royalhouse Chapel ran integrated ticket sales, payment collection and QR check-in this way.
Check-in at the door, with or without internet
Ushers check people in by scanning their QR code on a tablet or phone, or by searching their name. Check-in keeps working if the venue's internet goes down, and everything syncs automatically when it returns, so the queue never stops because of Wi-Fi. Walk-in members and first-time visitors
