Back to Basics by MOGMusic: 200+ in Madina, 1,000+ Watching Live

On 25 September 2026, MOGMusic brought Back to Basics to Keepers House in Madina, Accra: a free evening of worship, praise, prayer, and the Word. More than 200 people came through the doors, and more than 1,000 viewers watched live on YouTube, streamed by Asterixify Moments.

Asterixify's event management system, MAFS, handled registration and check-in at the venue.

One team handled both sides of the evening: the people in the room and the people watching from home. Here is how it came together.

Back to Basics in numbers

• 200+ guests at Keepers House International

• 1,000+ viewers watching live on YouTube

• 1 team for registration, check-in, and the live stream

Bigger than the room

For every guest in the hall, about five more watched online. Asterixify Moments produced the live stream on MOGMusic's YouTube channel, so people who couldn't make it to Madina were still part of the evening as it happened, and the recording stays online for everyone who missed it.

Registration at the door

Guests registered at the venue on a tablet kiosk. Each person went into one attendee list with a QR code, so there was no paper sign-in sheet to type up afterwards and no one was counted twice.
